Building the Hospitality Layer for EV travel
EV CHARGING SHOULD BE MORE THAN A PLACE TO WAIT
Public fast charging has improved quickly, but the experience around it often has not. Drivers can still spend 20 to 40 minutes in exposed parking lots without a clean restroom, a comfortable place to sit, or a useful way to spend the time.
Rangeway is building a hospitality-first premium EV charging network. We design the charging stop around the driver, combining reliable fast charging with indoor comfort, thoughtful amenities, and a clear sense of place.

A BETTER STOP IS THE PRODUCT
Rangeway locations are designed around the full stop. Depending on the format, the experience can include a climate-controlled driver's lounge, premium restrooms, seating, Wi-Fi, workspace, automated retail, and locally operated food or beverage.

THREE FORMATS. ONE OPERATING IDEA.
Waystations are automated and unstaffed, pairing fast charging with reliable indoor comfort. Basecamps are staffed, full-service destinations with larger driver's lounges and space for a local food, beverage, or retail operator. Summits are destination-oriented locations with off-grid charging, a central clubhouse, and overnight Lookouts.
The footprint, amenities, staffing, and capital plan are matched to each location. The common standard is simple: make the driver's time on site better.

THE MARKET NEEDS MORE CAPACITY AND BETTER STOPS
The United States had more than 70,000 public fast-charging ports at the end of 2025. National planning estimates indicate that 182,000 will be needed by 2030. More capacity is essential, but charger count alone does not solve the experience gap.

COMPANY CAPITAL BUILDS THE PLATFORM
Rangeway is preparing a $2.2 million company-level SAFE. The capital is intended to build the team, development capacity, operating systems, and corporate platform required to advance the first site and create a repeatable development company.
Land, construction, charging infrastructure, and other site-specific costs are expected to be financed separately through project-level capital.

The allocation is a working plan. Final offering materials will control.
A TEAM BUILT FOR THE WORK

WHY A COMMUNITY ROUND.
EV drivers understand the difference between a charger that technically works and a stop they would actively choose. A community round can give drivers, supporters, and early believers an opportunity to help build a better standard for EV travel.
Rangeway is not building another place to stand next to a car while it charges. We are building a company accountable for the entire stop.
